How does the free trial work?
You can register for a 30-day trial period without any obligations. Once the trial period is over, you can choose to order a seat for yourself or a license for the company.
How do I pay for the license and how do I receive an invoice?
Choose your applicable plan on the pricing page. If you need just one seat, choose SOLO. Need 2 – 5 seats? Then choose TEAM. You will receive an invoice directly after payment for your administration.
Need more than 5 seats? Then request a quote. We will contact you after your quotation request.
What is your cancellation policy?
When you register for a trial, the trial period ends after 30 days without an obligation to get a license.
If you choose to order a seat, the license term is one year. You can cancel each year, one month prior to the end of the license term. We will send you a reminder before the one-month period.
How can I renew my license every year?
You can register for a 30-day trial period without any obligations. Once the trial period is over, you can choose to order a seat for yourself or a license for the company. Every year, we will send you a friendly reminder to extend your license.
